These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Nestquest’s website, WhatsApp-basedapplication, QR codes, communication channels, and all related services (collectively, the“Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform—including clicking “Start Your Journey”, “StartNow”, “Find Homes Now”, scanning a QR code, or communicating via WhatsApp—youexpressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and theDisclaimer.

Nestquest provides real estate broking and facilitation services, including property discovery,sharing of project information, site visit coordination, and booking assistance.

Nestquest acts as a broker and intermediary between users and developers.Nestquest does not:

• own, develop, or construct any listed project

• execute sale deeds, allotment letters, or payment instruments

• control pricing, inventory, approvals, or possession timelines

All commercial decisions, payments, contracts, and registrations are executed directly between theuser and the respective developer, at the user’s sole discretion and risk.

By accessing the Platform through any CTA, QR code, link, or redirection mechanism, youexplicitly consent to being redirected to Nestquest’s official WhatsApp-based application,operated via the WhatsApp Business API.

You acknowledge that:

• WhatsApp is a primary communication channel for service delivery

• Communications may be automated or manual

• Messages are informational and facilitative only

Withdrawal of WhatsApp consent may restrict or terminate access to certain services.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

• Not misrepresent identity, intent, or prior dealings

• Not interfere with technical, security, or operational systems

You are solely responsible for all actions taken under your identity.

All Platform content, trademarks, branding, and proprietary material are owned by or licensed to Nestquest.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Developer-supplied content remains the responsibility of the respective developer and is sharedwithout independent warranty.

All project information is based on data received from developers and is subject to change without notice.

Nestquest:

• makes reasonable efforts to share current information

• does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or continuity

Users are solely responsible for independent legal, technical, and financial verification prior tobooking.

Cashback is a conditional promotional incentive, not a contractual entitlement.

Eligibility is subject to strict compliance with Nestquest’s cashback conditions, verification, and written confirmation .Nestquest reserves the absolute right to deny, withhold, modify, or withdraw cashback in case of

• non-disclosure

• deviation from booking flow

• cancellation

• misrepresentation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Nestquest shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, delays, defaults, changes, or disputesattributable to developers or third parties

• Nestquest disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages,including financial loss, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress

• Platform use is entirely at the user’s own risk

No oral or written communication shall create liability beyond what is expressly stated herein.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nestquest, its directors, officers, employees, and agentsfrom all claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• breach of these Terms

• misuse of the Platform

• inaccurate or misleading information provided by you

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction

Nestquest may amend these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms

• Share relevant projects and offers

• Improve service quality and platform performance

• Prevent fraud and misuse

• Personal data is shared only when necessary to fulfill a service request

• Limited data may be shared with developers strictly for visit or booking coordination

• Data is not sold or commercially exploited

• Communications may occur via WhatsApp, SMS, calls, or email

WhatsApp communication is facilitated via the WhatsApp Business API.
Messages are encrypted and securely stored.
Such communication does not constitute binding agreements.

Users may opt out at any time by replying “STOP”.

Cookies and analytics tools are used to monitor engagement, improve UX, and prevent abuse
